Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
On signup, the Pro plan auto-activates for 7 days, no card required. If it works for you, you can upgrade at the end of the trial. If not, you automatically fall back to the free plan (basic metrics).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No penalty, no questions. Cancel from your account and keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
Is there a refund if I don't like it?
If you paid and within the first 14 days you didn't like it, we refund. Write to Ontiverosrenso@gmail.com.
Why multi-currency?
We detect your country and show the price in your local currency. ARS for Argentina, EUR for Europe, USD for the rest.
Mercado Pago or card?
In Argentina you pay with Mercado Pago. Rest of world: Lemon Squeezy (Visa/Mastercard/PayPal). No Vetta surcharges.
Does the coach pay per athlete?
No. The Coach plan (USD 24.99/month) includes unlimited athletes. Each athlete pays their own Pro (USD 9.99/month). No double-billing.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Full GDPR export at `/api/v1/export-all-data`. If you leave, you take everything: activities, plan, notes, profile.
What if I downgrade to free?
You keep your account, imported activities, and basic metrics. You lose: weekly auto-engine, race prediction, multi-athlete coach view.
