Enter your current CTL/ATL and the daily TSS you plan to do during recovery. The calculator projects TSB at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days using the standard Banister model (CTL=42d EMA, ATL=7d EMA).
TSB above +5 means race-ready. Between -10 and +5 is the productive zone. Below -15 means too much fatigue for quality work.
